Founded in 2012, City Embrace began as an art therapy center for survivors of sexual abuse. Over the past four years, we've evolved into a fiscal sponsor and incubator, supporting a network of organizations dedicated to helping marginalized individuals rebuild their lives and reintegrate into society.

Mission

City Embrace provides the infrastructure, expertise, and hands-on support that grassroots organizations serving survivors of abuse need to thrive. As a fiscal sponsor rooted in trauma-informed practice, we equip mission-aligned partners with the tools, resources, and stability to help marginalized individuals reclaim control of their lives

Sponsored Partner Organizations

City Embrace offers fiscal sponsorship to organizations with a similar mission and vision

City Embrace has served as a fiscal sponsor for 4 years. We provide the structure and a full range of administrative and financial services that allow nonprofit projects, large and small, to get up and running quickly, keeping leaders focused on their mission. We also offer invaluable guidance, training, and connections that help project leaders achieve greater impact.

Some organizations partner with us short-term as they build capacity; others graduate into fully independent nonprofits. Here's who we're currently supporting — and who's gone on to run on their own."
